Grilled Salmon with Citrus Tamari Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 Atlantic salmon fillet frozen, Iceland Fish Market
- For dressing:
- 75 extra virgin olive oil milliliters (quantity not specified
- lime juice of 1
- orange grated zest of 1 small + 3 tbsp juice
- 3 tsp honey clear
- 1 tsp tamari soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilli I used Darégal, frozen chopped
- Garnish
- 4 lices lime or orange
Instructions
- Grill the salmon under a low to medium heat for 23 minutes turning once (or until cooked).
- Place all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until well combined.
- A few minutes before the salmon is ready bring the dressing to the boil in a small pan and then heat gently for a further minute.
- Once the salmon fillets are ready, pour the dressing over and garnish with slices of lime or orange.
- Serve with basmati rice or mashed potato and vegetables of your choice.
