Grilled Shrimp Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/2 pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, Dijon Mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add the shrimp and let marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  4. Thread the shrimp on the skewers.
  5. Place on the grill. Grill on each side for about two minutes or until cooked through.
