Ingredients
- 1 skirt steak room temp
- 1 cup watermelon diced into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper seeds removed and diced
- ½ lime juiced
- 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Season skirt steak on both sides with cumin, salt, and pepper.
