Grilled Sweet Potatoes
Grilled Sweet Potatoes are easy to make and wonderfully crispy and charred on the outside and fluffy inside. Try these at your next cookout!
Ingredients
- 4 sweet potato cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the potato slices on the baking sheet skin side down to allow for even cooking.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes, cook about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the pan, brush with remaining oil from the bowl and place onto the grill.
- Cook for 2 minutes until the potatoes get grill marks, flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
