Ingredients

  • 20 oz turkey breast tenderloin
  • 3 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 1 tbs ginger grated, fresh
  • ½ c soy sauce (low sodium)
  • ½ c orange juice
  • ½ tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon juice juice of
  • ½ tbs chili garlic paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place turkey tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.
  3. Marinade 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Pre-heat grill to medium high heat.
  5. Place turkey tenderloins on the grill and cook for 7-9 minutes per side, rotating once. Turkey is ready when thermometer reads 145 degrees or higher.
  6. Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
