Grilled Tilapia
Grilled Tilapia is an easy and healthy dinner ready in under 15 minutes with just a few ingredients. It's the perfect summer cookout dish.
Ingredients
- 6 tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon , cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat grill on medium-high heat.
- Coat the filets in olive oil.
- In a small bowl mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Sprinkle over the filets.
- Place onto direct heat on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
