Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

Turkey Tenderloin Marinated in BBQ Sauce and Grilled to Perfection! Light, Healthy, Low Carb Meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 24 oz Jennie-O turkey loin
  • 1/2 c. BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 c. grape jelly
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk the BBQ sauce, grape jelly, garlic and black pepper.
  2. Place tenderloin in gallon resealable plastic bag. Pour half of BBQ marinade over pork. Remove air from bag. Marinated for at least one hour up to overnight.
  3. Store remaining marinade in an airtight container in the fridge.
  4. Preheat grill to 350 degrees. Place tenderloin on grill and cook according to package direction, basting frequently.
  5. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. Brush with additional sauce, slice and serve.
