Ingredients
- 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Be careful not to over mix.
- Form into small golf ball size balls and place on a foil lined baking sheet. I like to use my small cookie scoop to get uniform sized meatballs.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
