Ground Beef Taco Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoon taco seasoning or 1 packet
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups rice with cilantro and lime
- 1 cup corn drained, canned
- 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 cup tomato chopped
- 1 jalapeño sliced
- sour cream
- lime wedges
- corn tortilla chips
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess grease, then stir in the taco seasoning and water.
- Heat the cilantro lime rice according to package directions or make a homemade batch.
- On a plate, create a bed of rice. Spoon the ground beef into the center of the rice.
- Top with corn, black beans, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, jalapeño slices, and sour cream.
- Garnish with cilantro and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top. Use corn tortilla chips for dipping, if desired. Enjoy!
