Ground General Tso's Chicken
Ground General Tso’s Chicken transforms classic flavors into a quick, ground meat dish featuring diced water chestnuts and a sweet-savory sauce. The ground chicken is cooked to develop a crust, then combined with ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes for warmth and spice. The thickened General Tso’s sauce made from rice vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin, sugar, and cornstarch coats the meat, creating a sticky, flavorful finish suitable for serving over rice or noodles.
