Guava Mojito

Guava Mojito mixes fresh mint, lime juice, white rum, and guava nectar topped with sparkling soda water. Muddling the mint with sugar and lime releases aromatic oils and balances flavors. The guava nectar adds tropical sweetness, while soda water gives a light effervescence. The drink is garnished with mint sprigs for aroma and presentation.

  • lime juice of 1
  • 3 ounces white rum
  • 8 ounces guava nectar
  • soda water
  • mint to garnish, sprigs

Notes

  • To make larger batches or a pitcher, prepare a simple syrup infused with mint by simmering sugar, water, and mint leaves, then combine with rum, lime juice, guava nectar, and sparkling water.
  • For a mocktail version, omit the rum and increase guava nectar or soda water to maintain volume and flavor balance.
