Gulab Jamun Shrikhand Bowls (Indian Fusion Dessert)
These Gulab Jamun Shrikhand Bowls combine soft, syrup-soaked Indian dumplings with creamy, spiced shrikhand yogurt. Layering cut gulab jamuns with thick shrikhand creates a rich and textured dessert featuring cardamom, saffron, and nutty pistachio garnish. The chilled bowl offers a sweet blend of traditional flavors in a visually layered serving.
