Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Shrikhand I used shrikhand flavored with saffron and cardamom
- 6 Gulab Jamuns
- 1 tablespoon pistachios chopped, to garnish, or other nuts of choice
- edible silver leaf optional
Instructions
- Have the gulab jamun and shrikhand ready. You can either make at home or use store bought.
- Cut a gulab jamun in 4 equal pieces. In a mini dessert bowl, layer it as shown in the photo.
- Fill the bowl with shrikhand on top of the gulab jamun pieces. Then place half a gulab jamun on top.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios. Optionally, decorate with edible silver leaf on top.
- Repeat with remaining bowl. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

Notes

- Storing: You can store the bowls after assembling for 1 day in the refrigerator. Cover each assembled bowl with a plastic cling wrap.
