Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough rectangular
- 2 Tablespoon tomato sauce unflavored
- ½ Teaspoon salt or less
- 1 Teaspoon pizza seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Tomato slices for the eyes and mouth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius).
- Roll out your pizza dough and place it on a parchment lined baking tray.
- Cut the pizza crust into a ghost-shaped figurine. It can be a large ghost or smaller ghosts. If you do smaller ghosts, cut them close next to each other to avoid wasting dough.
- Remove excess dough to reveal the ghost shape and smoothen the border a bit with your fingers or a small knife.
- Top pizza with tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle salt and pizza seasoning over the pizza.
- Top with plenty of grated cheese, but keep away from the borders.
- Slice some tomatoes for the eyes and mouth. Cocktail tomato slices for eyes and smaller mouths, and a normal tomato sliced and cut in half without the seeds for the large ghost mouth.
- Bake your ghost pizza for about 8 to 10 minutes (convection heat), or until golden and baked through, at 350 Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius). Bottom or top and bottom heat ovens take longer to bake through pizza.
