Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds grapes
- 1 bottle prosecco
- 1/3 cup black sanding sugar
- 1/3 cup orange sanding sugar
- 1/3 cup purple sparkle sugar
Instructions
- Wash the grapes and remove them from the stems.
- In a large bowl, soak the grapes in the Prosecco for 15 minutes or overnight.
- Drain the grapes but don't dry them as they need to be wet for the sugar to stick.
- Place each color of sanding or sparkling sugar on a plate.
- Roll each grape in the sugar until they are completely coated.
- Place the candied grapes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and let them dry for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve or refrigerate until needed.
