  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 30 g sliced ham
  • 60 g Cheese slices
  • 40 g spinach

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
  2. Mix together 1 teaspoon Honey and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
  3. Using a sharp, serrated knife, slice 2 Croissant in half lengthways. Spread the honey/mustard over the bottom section of the croissant.
  4. Fill the croissants with 30 g Sliced ham, 60 g Cheese slices and 40 g Spinach.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes.

Notes

  • Instead of the honey and mustard spread on the croissants, you could make a garlic and herb butter and spread that on instead. It would kind of be like garlic bread croissants.
  • You can swap the Dijon mustard for wholegrain if you want a stronger flavour.
  • For some extra flavour, sprinkle some everything bagel seasoning or poppy seeds on top of the croissants before baking.
