Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 8 ounces pasta shells cooked and drained, medium
  • 12 ounces peas thawed, frozen
  • 1/2 pound ham about 2 cups, diced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese , diced
  • 1/4 red onion , minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add in pasta, peas, ham, cheese, and onion and toss well.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours before serving.
