Ham and Lentil Soup Recipe

Ham and Lentil Soup Recipe combines Italian sausage, diced ham, fresh vegetables, and green lentils simmered in chicken stock. Vegetables such as onion, celery, carrot, and green beans add texture and flavor, while herbs and seasonings round out the broth. The dish simmers until lentils and potatoes are tender, yielding a hearty and filling soup that uses leftover ham effectively. Fresh herbs brighten the slow-cooked stew.
