Ingredients

For salad:
  • 6 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup ham diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomato halved
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 egg quartered, hard-boiled
For dressing:
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

For salad:

  1. Add mixed baby greens to a large bowl and top with ham, cherry tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
For dressing:
  1. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until fully combined.
