Ham Pickle Roll Ups

Ham Pickle Roll Ups are simple appetizers made by spreading cream cheese on slices of ham, then rolling with whole or sliced dill pickles. The rolls are sliced into bite-size pieces that combine the smoothness of cream cheese, the salty, savory ham, and the tangy crunch of pickles. These roll ups offer a quick cold snack with a contrast of creamy, meaty, and acidic flavors.

  1. Evenly spread cream cheese on to each ham slice.
  2. Place dill pickle at the end of each slice and roll up (we also like to slice our pickles like we have shown in the photos, but that is optional).
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut each roll cross-wise into 1/2" to 1" pieces.
