Ham Salad
Ham Salad combines finely pulsed smoked ham with mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, Dijon mustard, and a mix of minced fresh vegetables and herbs. The salad has a creamy, tangy texture with a balance of savory and sweet flavors, suitable as a sandwich spread or cracker topping. Fresh herbs and a touch of cayenne provide subtle brightness and mild heat.
