Ingredients
- 1 pound ham
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup minced celery or grated
- ¼ cup minced red onion or grated
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Add ham to the bowl of a food processor and chop until the ham is in small chunks. You don't want the ham to become a paste but you want it to be small.
- Add all your ingredients, plus the ham, to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve cold on a sandwich, with crackers, or scooped onto a leafy green salad.
