Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
  2. Add the seasoning directly to the ground beef when forming your burgers. One batch of this hamburger seasoning will season two pounds of ground beef.
