Instructions
- Begin heating a large skillet over low-medium heat. Ideally, add a tablespoon or two of oil and butter or cooking spray.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs, French vanilla creamer, and cinnamon together.
- Dredge each slice in the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for about 5 seconds.
- Allow excess egg mixture to drip off and place dredged slices in your heated, greased skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
- Serve with toppings of your choice. (fruit, syrup, whipped cream, etc.)
Notes
- Use thick-sliced bread for the toast, ideally ¾ -1 inch thick, for best results.
- To keep your French toast from sticking to the skillet, use butter and oil when cooking them.
- For even crispier French toast, place each piece under a broiler or grill after cooking in order to get those perfect golden brown edges on both sides.
- If the egg from your french toast leaks on to the pan turn your heat up a little.
- Wipe out pan after every batch to prevent butter from eventually burning and leaving little black bits on your pancakes.
