Hawaiian Butter Mochi Recipe

This Hawaiian Butter Mochi is a chewy, tender dessert made with mochiko flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs, whole milk, coconut milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. The batter is mixed smooth and baked until golden, resulting in a soft, slightly sticky texture characteristic of mochi made with glutinous rice flour. It’s typically cut into squares and can be served warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
