Hawaiian Pizza Sliders

This Hawaiian Pizza Sliders recipe is one of my favorite easy dinners with chunks of ham and pineapple on sweet rolls. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 12 hawaiian sweet rolls sliced in half
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Spicy marinara sauce
  • 1 Jalapeño diced seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon oregano seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  3. Set to the side.
  4. Using a large serrated knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a ‘slab’ of tops and a ‘slab’ of bottoms.
  5. You want to keep them connected.
  6. Place the bottom ‘slab’ of rolls on the baking pan.
  7. Spread the marinara evenly on the bottom part of the rolls.
  8. Add 1/2 of your mozzarella cheese all over, on top of the sauce.
  9. Spread your chopped ham, pineapple chunks, and jalapeños evenly over the cheese.
  10. Top with the remaining cheese.
  11. Bake 10-15 minutes.
  12. Mix together butter, oregano and garlic salt.
  13. Brush sandwiches with melted butter mixture.
  14. ENJOY!!
