  • ½ cup Hawaiian macaroni salad (click for recipe)
  • ⅓ cup Kalua Pork (click for recipe)
  • ⅓ cup Grilled Teriyaki Chicken (click for recipe)
  • ⅓ cup Hawaiian Beef Teriyaki (click for recipe)

  1. For each plate, add rice, macaroni salad, and an entree (one of the meats).
