Cuisine: Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil solid/room temperature
  • 1/2 cup palm sugar paste - Can be substituted with raw honey
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder regular is fine, I just prefer the dutch-processed, Dutch-processed
  • sea salt I used fleur de sel, a pinch
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a mixer or food processor, blend al the ingredients together
  2. Scoop into a loaf pan that is lined with plastic wrap. Use the longer pieces of plastic wrap to flatten the top so you have a flat brick of fudge.
  3. Cool in the fridge for about 2 hours, then remove for about 20 minutes. (this will make it a bit easier to cut)
  4. Cut into squares, then store in the fridge until you want to eat it. Depending on how hot it is, the coconut oil may melt again if left out of the fridge.
