Ingredients

  • 1 Small apple coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup milk any
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ banana* fresh or frozen
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chop the apple coarsely.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • *You can use fresh or frozen bananas. Frozen banana helps thicken the smoothie.
