Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 dates pitted
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add frozen banana slices, coconut milk, dates, and ground cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Blend them until smooth and creamy.
