Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • ½ tablespoon horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over salad greens or use as a dipping sauce for baked chicken wings.

Notes

  • For a thicker dressing, use Greek yogurt or reduce the amount of lemon juice.
