Healthy Blue Cheese Dressing
This creamy blue cheese dressing takes just minutes to make and is completely guilt free.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup yogurt plain, low fat
- 1 ounce blue cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- ½ tablespoon horseradish
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over salad greens or use as a dipping sauce for baked chicken wings.
Notes
- For a thicker dressing, use Greek yogurt or reduce the amount of lemon juice.
