Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup picked mung beans
  • 1000 ml water
  • 1/2 tablespoon crystal sugar , or other natural sweetness you prefer

Instructions

  1. Rinse the mung beans in clean water.
  2. In a large pot, add 1/2 cup of mung beans with 1000ml water and 1/2 tablespoon crystal sugar.
  3. Boil all the content and then continue cooking for around 15 minutes or until the mung beans begin to break.
  4. Cool down and put in refrigerator. Enjoy whenever you want.

Notes

  • Mung bean soup can only be kept for 24 hours even in refrigerator. So enjoy it as quick as possible.
