Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup oat flour (84g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and applesauce until well combined.
  2. Stir in the flour and salt.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Either chill for an hour to make it even more like cookie dough or devour right away!
