Healthy French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg large
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 bread of choice, thick slices
  • coconut oil for frying

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk all the ingredients up to the bread in a large container.
  2. Place the bread in and soak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Melt coconut oil on a large griddle on medium heat.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  5. DEVOUR with topping of choice!
