This healthy guacamole recipe is not only easy; it's also super tasty. It can be a side dish, a filler or a dip. Even though it's not Turkish, it can be a great part of your meze table. Avocados are also super healthy so no need to feel guilty, indulging.

Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados (ripe)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 3 fresh chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 handful Coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
- 1 large lemon (juiced)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add onion, tomato & chillies to a bowl and mix together.
- Now remove the stalks from your coriander.
- Roughly chop the leaves and add them to your bowl.
- Cut your avocados in half, lengthways and remove the stone.
- Keep one stone & discard the other.
- Scoop out the flesh and add to a small bowl.
- Quickly mash the flesh, leaving some chunks if you like.
- Now add the lemon juice and mix.
- Add the your avocado mash to the chopped salad and mix it all together.
- Do a taste test and add salt to season.
- Feel free to add more fresh chilli if needed.
- Place the stone in the centre of the guacamole, cover with film and refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
