Ingredients

  • 1 banana cubed and frozen, large, ripe
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter natural
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Gather all ingredients. Ensure the banana is cubed and frozen beforehand for a creamier texture.
  2. Place the frozen banana cubes, almond milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract into a blender. Add a few ice cubes if a colder and smoother consistency is desired.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the shake is too thick, add a bit more almond milk and blend again to reach the desired consistency.
  4. Pour the milkshake into two glasses and serve immediately.
