Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (5 Ingredients)

These oatmeal raisin cookies are made with mashed bananas, almond butter, maple syrup, rolled oats, and raisins. They're as healthy as cookies can get!

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas very ripe
  • 2/3 cup almond butter unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until creamy.
  2. Add in almond butter and maple syrup. Stir to combine together.
  3. Add rolled oats and raisins. Stir to combine.
  4. Line a baking sheet. Scoop cookies that are about 1.5 tablespoons in size. Shape them with a spoon on the baking sheet, flattening the top lightly because they will not spread.
  5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let them rest for at least 5 minutes before digging in. Enjoy!
