Ingredients
- 2 large bananas very ripe
- 2/3 cup almond butter unsweetened
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until creamy.
- Add in almond butter and maple syrup. Stir to combine together.
- Add rolled oats and raisins. Stir to combine.
- Line a baking sheet. Scoop cookies that are about 1.5 tablespoons in size. Shape them with a spoon on the baking sheet, flattening the top lightly because they will not spread.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let them rest for at least 5 minutes before digging in. Enjoy!
