- 1 cup low fat milk or fat-free milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 large bananas, frozen
- 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Optional topping ideas:
- cocoa nibs, whipped cream
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together and top with whipped cream and cocoa nibs.
