Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat milk or fat-free milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 large bananas, frozen
  • 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Optional topping ideas:
  • cocoa nibs, whipped cream

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend all ingredients together and top with whipped cream and cocoa nibs. 

Notes

  • If you don't have frozen bananas, use regular bananas and add ice. 
  • Vegan option: dairy free milk (such as oat milk or coconut milk), dairy free yogurt, and coconut whipped cream.
