  • 7 oz/200ml Natural Yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Mixed Seeds
  • Agave Syrup or Honey to Taste optional
