Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries 250 g
  • 1 cup milk can sub dairy-free, 240 mL
  • 2 Tbsp honey can sun maple syrup, 30 g
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional

Notes

  • Variations: Replace the strawberries with another frozen berry (blackberries are great), throw in a handful of spinach, add a banana, or use orange juice instead of milk.
