Healthy Strawberry Smoothie With Mango

A delicious dairy free, vegan healthy strawberry smoothie with banana and mango. So easy to make and perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen no-sugar added Mango and Strawberry Blend
  • ½ banana sliced and frozen
  • ¾ cup  So Delicious Dairy Free Organic Almondmilk or more, as needed for thinning
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional*
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add additional almondmilk in very small increments until it reaches the desired consistency.

Notes

  • *Be sure to use a plant-based protein powder for a dairy-free smoothie.
  • Note: The ingredient measurements are simply a guideline. Feel free to use more (or less) almondmilk and more or less frozen fruit so that your smoothie reaches your preferred consistency. I like a really thick smoothie that I can eat with a spoon, so I always start with a very small amount of liquid and add more, slowly, as needed.
