Healthy Vegan Gingerbread Cookie Smoothie

A creamy frozen concoction that tastes like a gingerbread cookie, but it's healthy and good for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup rolled oats do not use steel cut oats
  • 2 teaspoons molasses
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground ginger or ¼ teaspoon of dried ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with vegan whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
  2. Enjoy!
