Ingredients

  • 1 soft silken tofu drained, 12-ounce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or a blender for one minute or until completely smooth. Taste and adjust the levels of the ingredients to taste.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
