Ingredients

  • 2 tomato any variety - sliced, heirloom
  • 2 cucumber sliced, medium
  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • ¼ cup basil thinly sliced, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange tomato and cucumber slices on a large platter and top with goat cheese crumbles and fresh basil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
