Ingredients
- 4 tomato very thinly sliced into rounds, ripe, heirloom
- 1-2 balls burrata cheese
- 1 handful basil leaves small
- 1 handful dill
- 1 handful green onions sliced
For the Dressing
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 shallot finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- salt to taste, kosher salt and freshly cracked
- black pepper to taste, kosher salt and freshly cracked
Instructions
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a platter. Tear the burrata into pieces and arrange on the tomatoes or tucked in. Scatter with the herbs. Drizzle with the vinaigrette as needed. Season with salt and pepper.
