Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 small avocado (or half a large one)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups stemmed kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup sliced kiwi
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
For decoration:
  • pomegranate seeds

Notes

  • I strongly recommend you stick to the amounts of the magic boosting seeds as they are calculated to provide you with the perfect texture.
  • When it comes to fruit, try the boosting smoothie as it, and then play around with the recipe and add your favorites!
  • If you do not have both mango and pineapple on hand, substitute the missing fruit with more of either pineapple and mango.
  • In this recipe, I would not recommend replacing the avocado, banana or orange. They add texture and necessary sweetness. Feel free to replace spinach with kale.
