This Herb and Garlic Compound Butter blends softened unsalted butter with finely minced garlic and a mix of fresh parsley, chives, and thyme. Ingredients
- 2 unsalted butter sticks, softened
- 1 garlic finely minced clove
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- 3 tablespoons chives chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons thyme chopped
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add the butter to a stand mixer with the paddle attachment and mix on high speed for 5-7 minutes or until it’s light and fluffy.
- Next, add in the garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes or until it is completely mixed in.
- Serve.

- This compound butter can be made several days in advance and kept refrigerated or frozen for longer storage.
- Store covered in the refrigerator up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months to maintain freshness.
