Herb and Garlic dip
Herb and garlic dip is a creamy blend of herbs and aromatic garlic that effortlessly transforms ordinary ones into extraordinary dishes. This garlic dip with herbs is a perfect accompaniment for various dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 90 g mayonnaise fat-free, ⅓ cup
- 80 g yogurt full-fat, ⅓ cup
- 1 tablespoon butter salted
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon sugar optional
- 1 teaspoon parsley fresh
- ½ teaspoon oregano
Instructions
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves or mince them.
- To a pan, add butter and fry garlic to slightly golden on low heat. Let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and pour this buttery garlic into it.
- Stir well until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Chill it if needed; otherwise, serve this versatile herb and garlic with any dish
