Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 90 g Mayonnaise (⅓ cup) fat-free
  • 80 g Yogurt (⅓ cup) full-fat
  • 1 tablespoon butter salted
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon parsley fresh
  • ½ teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves or mince them.
  2. To a pan, add butter and fry garlic to slightly golden on low heat. Let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and pour this buttery garlic into it.  
  4. Stir well until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  5. Chill it if needed; otherwise, serve this versatile herb and garlic with any dish
